During these challenging times when we’re all doing our best to stay at home, take care of our health and hygiene, there are some who have turned to essential oils as natural alternatives to disinfect and sanitize things/the atmosphere because of the antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, antiseptic, etc. properties certain essential oils have.
As essential oil enthusiasts ourselves, we do add essential oils to our hand santizers, body wash, and to our diffusers as well. However, we also agree that no one knows how essential oils work against Covid19. There hasn’t been enough research on it, and we’re worried as a lot of customers who think essential oils are a cure-all.
So, Yein has made a video explaining that while essential oils are good, please don’t rely on it to protect you against Covid19. Alcohol based sanitizers and soaps still work best, so definitely wash your hands as often as you can (don’t forget to moisturize them after too to prevent dry skin)!
